Matthew Coerver, Director of Racquets
​
A native of Weimar, Texas, Coerver brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Southern Trace tennis program. Having joined Cliff Drysdale Tennis in 2010, Coerver most recently served as Director of Tennis at Tyler Athletic and Swim Club in Tyler, Texas. He has also led leadership positions at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch and In-Shape Health Clubs among others.

Sebastian Eriksen, Racquets Professional
Sebastian, originally from Inverness, Scotland, is a LTA certified professional and has over 8 years experience of teaching kids and adults of all levels. Sebastian has an extensive playing background and has competed in a multitude of tournaments which lead him to being top 10 in Scotland for U18 and top 20 for U16. He recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science!
Azul Malatini, Racquets Professional
Originally from Santa Fe, Argentina, Azul played collegiate tennis at the College of Coastal Georgia. She loves working with young players and especially enjoys teaching the Red Ball class for ages 4–6. “They have a lot of energy and are eager to learn.” Off the court, you'll likely find Azul hanging out with friends, snacking on Cheetos, or showing off some impressive soccer skills.
